Practical Information

Important: The LUNGO WinterCard can be purchased in the Online-Shop and must then be collected at the main ticket offices in Mauterndorf or St. Michael!

Age regulations 2026/2027

Child: Born 2011 and younger.

Children up to their 6th birthday ski free when accompanied by their parents. When attending a course at a ski school, a lift ticket is required! A free lift pass is provided for small children up to their 6th birthday while attending a ski course at certain ski schools. Please clarify if your child need a ski pass with the ski school in advance.

Youths: Born 2008, 2009, 2010.

Proof of age is required with photo ID both when purchasing tickets and at controls in the ski area.

ATTENTION:
Discounts for seniors born 1962 or bevore, disabled persons with a disability of 70% or more and the like can only be claimed at our main ticket offices in Obertauern.

Family discount: If Winter Cards are purchased for the two oldest children/young people (born 2008 or later) in the family, all other children/young people (born 2008 or later) in the family receive the WinterCard free of charge. Proof of family membership is required! Subsequently purchased Winter-Cards can no longer be taken into account for the family discount. The purchase of a Winter Card for one parent is not necessary. An U25 ticket does not count as a child’s or young person’s ticket for the purposes of the family discount.

The free WinterCard can only be collected from our main cash desks, together with the two WinterCards of the older children/youths, and cannot be ordered in the online shop.

Winter Cards are bound to a specific person and cannot be transferred or resold to other persons - in the event of misuse, the card will be withdrawn, reported to the court and a claim for damages will be made.

A photo is required for all Winter Cards.
